What is native?
Native is a student events discovery platform that aims to deliver the best experiences to students. Our website and app show events in your city and now we power experiences like Bath Spa University's Welcome Month 2020.
This year we are supporting the Student Union community through the Coronavirus Pandemic by providing an out-of-the box virtual events solution, in addition to top quality online and socially-distanced events for freshers programmes.

Will the Bar and Shop be open?
We plan for the Bar and Shop to be open in time for you arriving at Bath Spa. Things are going to be a bit different as we’ll be maintaining all the social distancing measures to keep our students and staff safe. We will be constantly reviewing government guidelines and react accordingly to make sure everyone is safe.
I'm a society promoting my event with the SU. Why can't I see my event yet?
We're pushing some of our societies' events through in waves over the coming weeks, so keep your eyes peeled!
Why do I need to "buy" a ticket for some events and not others?
Events with tickets mean there are limited spaces on that event. When you "buy" a ticket it allocates you a space on that event.
Why do I need to sign up for a native account?
If you want to attend a ticketed event you need to sign up to native account so that you can be sent your ticket via email. You don’t need a native account for events other than the ticketed ones.
I want to join in on events with my housemates on one device, can I get just one ticket for ticketed events or do we all have to get one?
You only need to get one as long as you are only accessing the event from one device. We love to hear that you want to get involved in events with your housemates and we actively encourage you to do so!
